Travel information:

The nearest international airports to Olomouc are Prague Airport (Václav Havel Airport Prague), Brno Airport, and Bratislava Airport.

Olomouc is easily accessible by international and local train/bus connections (Prague–Olomouc: cca 2 hours; Brno–Olomouc: cca 1 hour; Bratislava–Olomouc: cca 3 hours). Bus and train timetables can be found at:

Department of Musicology, Faculty of Arts – Arts Centre (Univerzitní 3; tram station Náměstí Republiky), where the conference will be held, is located in the city centre of Olomouc, 5 minutes by tram (number 2, 3, 4 and 6) from the main railway station, 10 minutes by tram from the main bus station (number 2 and 6). 40 minutes ticket for the city tram/bus costs 14 Czech crowns, it can be bought in the vending machines at the tram/bus stops. By walk, it takes approximately 20 minutes from the main railway station to the Department of Musicology, Faculty of Arts (see the map above).
